There is no need to say how much of a sensation Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika starrer Animal movie has created. Still Bollywood has not forgotten that movie.
Somewhere in the social media, a scene related to that movie is being seen. Songs are also being played. However, a movie like the female version of such an animal is popular in OTT. Silently coming into streaming and creating new records.
An action entertainer titled Mission Chapter 1 was released in Tamil in the month of January with Amy Jackson and Arun Vijay as the heroines. After almost six years of Veermani, Amy Jackson re-entered the Tamil industry as a heroine through this film. This movie was released as a Sankranti gift. Despite the novelty of the story, it did not entertain the audience. Amazon Prime is streaming on OTT for the audience who missed the movie in theatres. The film is directed by AL Vijay (Amala pal’s ex-husband). This film is made in the background of father-daughter relationship. These action scenes were added according to the story. The story of this film mainly revolves around father-daughter relationship.
Why did a father become a prisoner to visit his sick daughter in the hospital? Did he finally meet her? What were the circumstances that led to his becoming a prisoner? The director made this film based on these elements. He also added action scenes. Although the opening scenes are good… the director fails to maintain the same tempo. Although Arun Vijay’s character is good… the director could not design it properly. And Amy Jackson was relieved in some scenes. Due to this, this movie could not get the audience’s approval.
Although Amazon Prime has announced that it will stream the Telugu version of the movie, it has only been released in Tamil. But Amazon Prime has announced that they will soon release the Telugu version as well. Amy Jackson is impressive in the role of a police officer in this movie. But the director failed to tell the story of the film in a comprehensible way. This could not be accepted by the audience. And the action scenes in this movie are reminiscent of the movie. There are also some adult scenes. If the director had paid some attention to the story, the movie would have been in a different range. However, this movie can be watched once for a weekend pastime.
