DSC exams only if EC allows, what does the CEO say on Pawan’s movie glass dialogue?

Chief Electoral Officer Mukesh Kumar Meena (CEO Mukesh Kumar Meena) said that Section 144 is in force throughout the state.

Speaking to the media in Amaravati, he said that no one should hold campaigns and meetings without prior permission. Permissions are being given for meetings and campaigns through Suvidha App. Government employees (Govt Employees) are instructed not to participate in campaigns under any circumstances. It is a crime under the law. Complaints are being received that volunteers (AP Volunteers) and government employees are participating in campaigns. Actions have been taken against 46 people till yesterday. Cases have also been registered against some of them.

385 cases in three days

“Criminal cases will be registered if volunteers and employees go and campaign by themselves. Complaints have been received about the PM Modi meeting. This is related to the Home Ministry. Political advertisements should be given prior permission. We have ordered to remove political advertisements in public places within three days. 385 cases were registered in three days for violation of norms.”- CEO Mukesh Kumar Meena

Ustaad Bhagat Singh Teaser Pie

Media reports asked CEO Mukesh Kumar Meena that Ustaad Bhagat Singh’s teaser has dialogues about Jana Sena’s glass symbol. But he said that he has not seen this teaser. He said that complaints related to violations of election rules can be made through the C-Vigil app. Actions will be taken within 100 minutes on the complaints received in the C-Whistle app. So far 1.99 lakh political hoardings in government places and 1.15 lakh advertisements in private places have been removed. 3.39 crore worth of liquor and cash have been seized in the last three days.

CEO Mukesh Kumar Meena said that orders have already been issued to remove photos and advertisements of political leaders on government buildings. Government employees should not campaign together with public representatives. He said that the flying squad has conducted inspections and registered cases for violations of election rules. He said that anyone can take photos and videos through Cigi App. 385 FIRs have been registered across the state. CEO Mukesh Kumar Meena said that currently 173 teams are participating in inspections. The CEO said that complaints have been received regarding the security failures of Prime Minister Modi’s House…but this matter is under the purview of the Union Home Ministry and NSG. The Election Commission has no role in this. Even if I complain, no action can be taken.

Responding to the DSC exams, the CEO said that if the EC permits, the DSC Exams should be conducted. He said that he will send to the EC on the DSC appointments and the DSC examination will be conducted only if permission is given.
