Alia Bhatt has collected money for underprivileged adolescents in India and given it to Salaam Bombay Foundation. The event took place in London on Thursday (March 28) evening. Alia’s diamond necklace was the highlight of the Hope Gala event.
The necklace and rings from the Italian jewelery label worn by Alia cost around Rs 20 crore. It is reported that
Musician Harshdeep Kaur, comedian Rohan Joshi and director Gurinder Chadha participated in this Hope Gala program (Salaam Bombay foundation).
Mandarin Oriental, the venue where the gala was held, shared the reels on Instagram. Alia was seen in two different looks in the video. While Alia wore a maroon dress on the red carpet, she wore a cream-colored saree for the gala. Alia clicked a selfie with her fans at the airport on Wednesday night (March 26) while leaving for London.
Gurinder also shared Harshdeep’s concert on his Instagram at Hope Gala. In the video, Harshdeep is seen performing one of his hit songs. Alia posed with entrepreneur Natasha Poonawala at the event.
Alia Bhatt recently wrapped up the shooting of Jigra, which also stars Vedang Raina of “The Archies” fame.
Alia will reportedly be seen opposite Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif in director Farhan Akhtar’s “Jee Ley Zara”. The film is reported to be another friendship story similar to “Dil Chahta Hai” and “Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara”. The shooting of the movie has not started yet.
