The film has been written by Nidhi Mehra and Mehul Suri. It has been directed by Rajesh Krishnan. The story of the film Crew revolves around three women Geeta Sethi (Tabu), Jasmine (Kareena Kapoor Khan) and Divya Rana (Kriti Sanon). These three women belong to completely different generations and all three women have their own dreams. But all three want to improve their lives by doing anything.
What is the story of the film
The story of the film is on the lives of three air hostesses who are compelled to work with Kohinoor Airlines, because they have no other option. The airlines has not paid anyone’s salary for six months, due to which every employee of the airlines is upset. One day Geeta, Jasmine and Divya find a dead person from the airlines who has been smuggling gold for years.
Seeing so much gold, Jasmine advises Geeta and Divya that they should also do the same and then the three air hostesses smuggle gold to Dubai. All three start earning money in their lives but then the police get a clue that the three are involved in smuggling and they arrest them. Now, to know what happened to Geeta, Jasmine and Divya, you will have to go and watch this film.
The first half of the film takes you to understand what the story is about and the second half will show you to what extent the three can go to achieve their goal. The last half hour of the film will make you laugh and also surprise you.
How is the acting?
Since all three actresses have been cast in this film, all three have given their best. But if we talk about the best performer among these three, then it is Kareena Kapoor. Her punch lines, dialogue delivery, attitude, tantrums, expressions, everything… Kareena has shown her full on mode and at many places she has even overshadowed Tabu. Tabu has also done a wonderful job in the film, many of her dialogues are such that will make you laugh. But amidst all this, Kriti’s performance seemed a bit dull. Her look in this film was also the same as other films, nothing different.
Kapil Sharma and Diljit Dosanjh have done cameos in this film. While on one hand Kapil Sharma’s acting has improved a lot, on the other hand Diljit has also added to the film with his acting.
How is the direction
Crew is not a perfect film, there are loop holes in this film at many places but it is the brilliant story of the film and the amazing acting of the actors that will keep you hooked to the film. After watching some scenes of this film, you will also feel that how can this happen in real life.

If you are looking for a film whose story is new and entertaining then you must watch this film. After watching this film, Kareena’s dance moves will get stuck in your mind and you will be seen humming the music of ‘Choli Ke Peeche’.
