Israel Defense Forces revealed that these deaths were caused by a serious mistake. An organization has demanded a personal inquiry into the drone attack.

Israel says it is taking steps to increase humanitarian aid in war-torn Gaza. As part of that, it announced the reopening of the key Erez border in northern Gaza. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office released a statement to this effect. It is noteworthy that this decision came out within a few hours of talks with US President Joe Biden.
