GT vs RCB IPL Match: Royal Challengers Bangalore are rocking. After a double hat-trick of defeats, RCB got their second win in a row. Gujarat won the match against Titans by nine wickets at Ahmedabad venue on Sunday.
Despite remaining at the bottom of the points table, this wins instilled confidence in the RCB camp.
Batting first, Gujarat Titans scored 200 runs for three wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Sai Sudarshan (84*; off 49 balls, 8×4, 4×6) Shahrukh Khan (58; off 30 balls,3×4,5×6) scored fifties. Among the RCB bowlers, Swapnil (1/23), Maxwell (1/28), Siraj (1/34) took wickets.
After that, Bengaluru lost one wicket and won in 16 overs. Will Jacks (100*, 41 balls, 5×4, 10×6) scored a Brillant unbeaten century. He was joined by Virat Kohli (70*;44 balls, 6×4, 3×6) impressed. Jacks scored 83 runs off the last 24 balls he faced. Jacked scored a half century in 31 balls and scored a century in 41 balls.

However, Gujarat Titans captain Shubman Gill explained the reasons for the defeat after the match. Will Jacks said that Virat Kohil’s brilliant batting made the match go down. Gill said that initially a score of 200 was thought to be good enough, “Kohli-Jacks hit brilliantly. We will enter the ring with better plans in the next match. We will also try to implement our strategies.
“I think it would be good to score 15-20 more runs every time I bat. A score of 200 is considered sufficient. But unfortunately, we did not get the desire result. We could not get wickets in the middle overs. I think it took the match away from us,” said Gill.
