Anasuya Bharadwaj has been staying away from the television for years due to movies. Along with Jabardhasth, Anasuya said goodbye to many TV shows and has put her full focus on Tollywood.
She is pleasing the Telugu audience by doing acting oriented roles along with characters with negative shades.

Anasuya has been waiting for a long time to enter Kollywood and do a Tamil film. Anasuya made a movie in Tamil titled Flashback. Regina and Anasuya played pivotal roles in this movie starring Prabhu Deva. The shooting of this movie was completed a few days ago. The movie was not released in theaters due to unavoidable reasons.
Directly into OTT.
Recently there are reports that the Flashback movie is going to be released directly in OTT skipping the theaters. It is reported that Flashback movie is going to be streaming on G5 OTT. There are reports that the makers will soon announce the OTT release date. It is reported that Flashback movie will be streaming in Tamil as well as Telugu.
Romantic drama movie.
Don Sandy is directing this romantic drama film. Prabhu Deva is going to be seen in the role of a writer in this movie. Regina will be seen as an Anglo-Indian teaser. It is reported that Anasuya’s role in this movie will be surprising. It is said that Anasuya will make her entry into OTT with Flashback movie instead of theaters. Sam CS is providing music for Flashback movie.

Five movies.
Anasuya did five in Telugu last year. Along with Rangamarthanda. Vimana has done positive roles in movies. she appeared in negative roles in Pedakapu and Michal movies.
This year she appeared in Telugu in Razakar. Anasuya played the role of Telangana fighter Chakali Ailamma.
Busy with Pushpa 2.
Anasuya is currently busy with the shooting of Pushpa-2 starring Allu Arjun. Dakshayani is going to been in the character. It is reported that Anasuya will be villainous in the sequel beyond the first part as a woman who takes revenge on Pushparaj. Pushpa 2 movie is going to release on august 15. Rashmika Mandana is going to be seen as the heroine in this movie directed by Sukumar.
Also, the movie Aari starring Anasuya in the role is ready for release. Jayashankar of paper Boy fame is going to direct this movie.
Siri Hanuman.
Anasuya hotted the Jabardhast show for almost nine years. Say goodbye to this show in 2022. Siri Hanuman is currently hosting the Jabardhast show in place of Anasuya.
