Fire broke out in CR building in the afternoon
DFS officials said, ‘We received information about the fire in the Income Tax CR building at 3.07 pm. We have sent a total of 21 fire tenders. We have also informed the local police about the matter for further investigation and to maintain law and other.’
Fire broke out in south Delhi due to cylinder explosion
Earlier on Tuesday morning, a fire broke out in a residential building in South Delhi due to a gas cylinder explosion. Delhi fire service officials gave information.
According to the officials, they were informed about a fire in a residential building in Shahpur Jat area at 5:16 am on a phone call. An official of the Delhi Fire Service said that after the call, there fire engines were sent to the spot to douse the fire. He said that the fire was caused due to the explosion of two gas cylinders.
Accident caused by short circuit
A police officer said,’ all the injured were referred to Safdarjung Hospital for further treatment. Initial investigation has revealed that the spark of shot circuit caused the fire in the chemicals kept there.
