Dholpur Encounter
The dacoits living in the ravines of Dholpur district of Rajasthan are still a challenge for the police. There was a police encounter between the dacoit Rajveer alias Rajjo gang and the dacoit who used to loot, kidnap, assault and obstruct government work in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Dacoit Rajveer and his gang members started firing as soon as they saw the police.
After this, the police also fired in self-defense, in which dacoit Rajveer got injured. The injured Rajveer has been admitted to the district hospital by the police for treatment.
It is being told that the police had received information that dacoit Rajveer alias Rajjo is present with his companions near the Pipraon culvert in Based police station area. After this, the special police team reached the spot, where the dacoit started firing on the police as soon as they saw the police. At the same time. the police team also fired in self-defense. In this encounter, dacoit Rajveer got shot in the thigh and he got injured. When Rajveer got injured, his companions left him and fled. After this, the police admitted dacoit Rajveer to the district hospital for treatment.
Reward declared in three states
Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh states have declared reward on dacoit Rajveer. Dholpur Superintendent of police has declared a reward of Rs 25,000 on Rajveer. Agra John of Uttra Pradesh police has also declared a reward of Rs20,000. Dacoit Rajveer is second in the list of top 10 criminals of Dholpur district. Cases of robbery, loot, kidnapping, assault and obstruction in government work are registered against dacoit Rajveer, Rajveer is said to be wanted from Uttra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
To dacoits absconding
According to information received from sources, dacoit Rajveer alias Rajjo was waiting to commit a crime with his two companions. constable Ashok Meena of Dholpur Police’s special team had received information from an informer that dacoit Rajveer along with his two companions is planning to commit a crime near Pipraon culvert. After the informer’s information, a team was formed and sent to lake action against dacoit Rajveer
When the police reached there. dacoit Rajveer started firing. Seven rounds were fired by dacoit Rajveer. After this, the police team also fired five rounds in self-defense. In the retaliatory action by the police, dacoit Rajveer was shot in the thigh, and he was injured. After this, the police caught him. Rajveer’s other two companions took advantage of the darkness and fled. The police recovered a country-made pistol loaded 315 bore and 11 live cartridges from Rajveer. A case has also been registered against dacoit Rajveer under the Arms Act.
