Royal Challengers Bangalore’s experienced wicket keeper Dinesh Karthik played his last IPL match against Rajasthan Royals on 22 May 2024. In this match, RCB lost to Rajasthan by 4 wickets and once again Bangalore’s dream of becoming the champion was shattered. Meanwhile, Karthik also said goodbye to his 17-year IPL career. Dinesh Karthik started his IPL career in 2008 with Delhi Capitals. When Delhi bought him in the auction. Karthik has played for a total of 6 teams in the IPL During this time. Karthik also captained Kolkata Knight Riders. At the same time. he was a part of Mumbai Indians in 2013 when it became the champion. Karthik played for Delhi Capitals in IPL, (2008, 2010, 2014).
