Munjya Movie Trailer:
Between Bollywood’s spies and super copes, producer Dinesh Vision’s horror universe is also progressing in an interesting way. In this Univers that started with Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao starrer ‘Stree”, so far ‘Ruhi’ and ‘Bhediya’ have been entered. Now in this episode, the makers are bringing a new film ‘Munjya’, with which a new phantom is going to enter this horror universe.
Recently, the makers shared the teaser introducing ‘Munjya’. The new phantom of the Horror Univers, Munjya is the first CGI character of Indian cinema. Now the trailer of ‘Munjya’ has been shared and like the previous film of this Universe, this too seems to be a film giving a solid does of horror-comedy.
Who is Munjya?
The story as understood from the trailer says that ‘Munjya’ was a teenager boy from an Island type village named Chetukwadi. Munjya, madly in love with her. But before that he died, and his ashes were buried under a tree. Now on the same tree Munjya is waiting for his descendant, who will fulfill his unfulfilled wish of marrying Munni.
The lead character in the film is Bittu, played by Abhay Verma. Munjya has possessed him like a ghost. He is visible only to Bittu and troubles him. Sharvari Wagh is Bittu’s love interest in the film. Mona Singh is playing the role of Bittu’s mother and there is a big surprise in the trailer.
Famous South actor Sathyaraj, who played the role of Kattappa in ‘Bahubali’, is also seen in ‘Munjya’. He is played the role of a man who exorcises ghosts in the film. Watch the trailer of ‘Munjya’ here.
Will ‘Munjya’ compete with ‘Stree’?
If you look at the ghosts of the Horror Universe, these was a ghost in the story of ‘Stree’, who needed love and respect. The people of Chanderi gave the honor, but the love is still there. Jhanvi’s lead character in the second story ‘Ruhi’ of the horror universe married Bhootni Afza. Varun Dhawan got the support of Lady Bhediya (Kriti Sanon) in ‘Bhediya’. That is, the love affairs of Afza and Bhediya are complete, but ‘Stree’ is still in search of love.
Now ‘Munjya’ is a new character in the horror Universe, whose story has incomplete love. A very wild guy says that maybe the makers use this character in front of ‘Stree’ for the future, and when a film that brings all the characters together is made, then Munjya and the women’s interesting facceoff can be seen in it. However, before that ‘Stree 2 is also being made in this Universe.
Currently, ‘Munjya’, being directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, seems to be a funny horror comedy. The situations in the trailer are telling that there is a good scope of comedy in it. There is a joke before the end of the entire trailer, after listening to which you will probably not be able to eat Gulab Jamun without laughing. ‘Munjya’ is releasing in theaters on June 7, let’s see what amazing this film does.
