Tamil star and Lokanayakudu Kamal Haasan has become an iconic Indian movie directed by director Shankar in a dual role.

Released in 1996, this patriotic action movie became a blockbuster hit. The release in Telugu with the name Bharatiyadudu rained collections. It created records in Tamil. After 28 years, the sequel of Indian (Indian) movie is coming. Indian-2 movie is going to release on July 12 this year. However, before that, Indian-1 is coming to the theatres. This movie is re-release after 28 years.

Bhartiyadudu (India) will be re-released in theaters on 7th June. It will hit the theaters again in Tamil. Mega Surya  Productions revealed this today (May 26). “Blockbuster experience all over again. Bhartiyadudu-1 will be re-released on June 7 in Telugu and Tamil,” it tweeted.

Kamal Haasan played the role of Senapati, an Indian freedom fighter who fought against the British, as well as his son, Chandru, a corrupt officer in Bharatiyadu. Lived in both roles. The character of Senapati who saw the end of corrupt officials became an iconic cult character.

Bharatiyadudu was released on 9th May 1996 and became a blockbuster. Shankar’s director of the film has won praise. Patriotism and fight against corruption are impressive in this movie. AR Rahman’s music was also another highlight of the movie. Manisha Koirala, Urmila Matondkar, Sukanya, Manorama, Senthil and Kasthuri played pivotal roles in Bharatiyadudu along with Kamal Haasan. The teaser of Senapati (Kamal Haasan) from Bharatiyadudu-2 has gone viral. However, even though everything is ready, the release of this film is getting postponed. Now it is finally ready to release on July 12.

Bharatiyadudu-2 stars Siddharth, Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, SJ Surya and Bobby Simha in pivotal roles. The movie is produced by Subhasker and Udayanidhi Stalin under the banner of Lyca Productions and Red Giants Movies. Music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The recently released Soura song from this film was impressive.
