Crew movie story revolves around an airline company going bankrupt and three air hostesses working in the company smuggling gold… Jasmine Kohli (Kareena Kapoor), Geeta Sethi (Tabu), Divya Rana (Kriti Sanon) … work as air hostesses in Kohinoor Airlines. However, chairman Vijay Valya (Swath Chatterjee) announces that the company is on the verge of bankruptcy due to financial difficulties. He goes abroad. As a result, the company has not paid salaries to the employees for six months. The HR head (Rajesh Sharma) tells the employees that everything is fine.
In this order financial problems increase in Jasmine, Geetha and Divya houses. Geetha’s husband Arun Sethi (Kapil Sharma) suffers losses in his restaurant business. Jasmine is used to a life of luxury. Divya aims to become a pilot. At this moment, as the company goes bankrupt, they get into financial trouble due to non-payment of salaries. With this, the three prepare to smuggle gold for Maney. What happened after that? How did these three smuggle? Why did Kohinoor Airlines go bankrupt…What is the owner’s plan? are the main points of this movie.
A delightful comedy.
Crew is directed by Rajesh A Krishnan as a comedy. Nidhi Mehra opens the story perfectly by Mehul Suri. This movie has come together fun especially in many scenes. That’s why it doesn’t feel stretched anywhere. Feels crisp. The movie starts with the scenes where Jasmin, Geetha and Divya are detained by the police. Then comes the flashback. The director made it interesting in the beginning. He quickly took to the story.
Although the narration is flat… Full fun.
However, at one stage the crew movie narration seems to be going flat on a single line. However, the comedy never seems to drag as it matures. Comedy punches and one-lines make you laugh. The fact that all the fun in this film seems to be genuine is also a plus. Jasmine. Geetha Divya are in a rush while smuggling. Kangaroo… their plans are entertaining.
The first half of Crew Movie moves forward with good pace and fun. However, some scenes in the second half are rushed. Sounds like a plane has crash landed. However, the fun is not diminished at all. The Dubai episode is impressive. The climax is also pleasing. However, the logic is missing at many places. The story itself doesn’t seem very new. The makers have indirectly reminded the company of Kingfisher Airlines in the name of Vijay Valya.
All three are all three…comedy timings adurs.
Kareena Kapoor, Tabu and Kriti Sanon have done full justice to their roles in crew. They acted as if you were me. The comedy timing of the trio was spot on. Especially Tabu lived a more wonderful life. Although younger than Tabu and Kareena, Kriti gave a good performance. Diljit Dushanj as a customs officer is impressive. Kapil Sharma appeared as Geetha husband for a while. Rajesh Sharma and Swastha Chatterjee have acted to the best of their ability.

Director Rajesh was successful by making the film Crew with comedy and a bit of suspense. The songs sound bland. The background music goes straight to the movie. Crew is a good option to watch on OTT this weekend. Good fun goes on without getting bored. Full time pass. Netflix is streaming in Hindi on OTT. Take a look.
