In 1994, Vijay sang a song for the first time in the movie Resign. After that he sang 25 songs consecutively till 2005. Then he took a break and in 2012 he sang a song in the Gungun movie.
Since then, he has been singing at least one song in this movie every year. But now in the movie The Greatest of all Time, it is special to sing two songs. Meenakshi Chaudhary is playing the female lead opposite Vijay in this movie. People like Jayaram, Sneha, Laila and Yogi Babu played important roles.
