Ahin and Charmi acted as heroines opposite Prabhas in Chakra movie. Prakash Raj played a pivotal role. Although Chakra failed commercially, the songs of this film became a big hit. There was huge hype about this movie even before its release with the songs, but it failed to meet the expectations and flopped at the box office. In Chakra, Prabhas played the role of a young man battling death due to blood cancer. Although Prabhas and Prakash Raj’s acting and songs are good. this movie is a failure because of the sad ending climax.

Chakra was a different movie in Prabhas’s career despite being a commercial flop. It received many awards long with critical acclaim. For the movie Chakra, Krishna Vamsi received the best director award and Sirivennula Sitaramashastri received the Nandi award for the best lyricist.

Prabhas starrer Kalki 2898 AD movie is going to release in theaters on June 27. There are huge expectations for this movie, which is being developed with a superhero storyline. Nag Ashwin is directing this movie which is being made with a budget of around 1000 crores.
Amitabh Bachchan is playing a key role in this movie with Ka Mahaasin playing the villain. Deepika Padukone is entering Tollywood as a heroine with the movie Kalki 2898 AD. Along with Kalki 2898 AD, Prabhas is doing Salaar 2 and Raja Saab. Raja Saab is directed by Maruti. This supernatural thriller movie is going to be released in the ending of this year. Along with these three movies. Janu is playing the hero in a period love story directed by Raghava Pudi.
