Upcoming IPO in India 2024
India has emerged as the second largest Initial Public Offering (IPO) market in the world. with the formation of NDA government in the general elections and Narendra Modi remaining as PM, the current policies are expected to continue, which is expected to further boost the boom in the IPO market.
Market expects say that the IPO market will once again return to boom. Next week also investors are going to get a chance to in invest money in two IPOs. In the main board segment, Le Travenues Technology Limited, which is the operator company of ixigo, will launch its IPO. Meanwhile, in the small and medium enterprises (SME) section, United Cotfab IPO will open for subscription.

Ixigo IPO
Ixigo IPO will open on June 10 and close on June 12. The travel company’s IPO is a book-built issue of 740.10 crores and new issues of 1.29 crores shares will be issued in it. The price band of the IPO has been fixed at 88 to 93 per share. Axis Capital Limited, Dam Capital Advisors Limited (formerly IDFC Securities Limited), and JM Finacial Limited are the book-running lead managers for the ixigo IPO, while Link Intime India Private Limited acts as the registrar for the issue.

United Cotfab IPO
The United Cotfab IPO will be open for subscription from June 13 to June 19. The SME IPO is a fixed price issue of 36.29 crores and consists of a fresh issue of 51.84 lakh shares altogether. The price band of the SME IPO is 70 per share. Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited is the book running lead manager to the United Cotfab IPO, while Purva Share Registry India Private Limited is the registrar to the issue.
These companies will have a new listing in the market.
Kronox Lab Sciences IPO: The allotment for the Kronox Lab Sciences IPO was finalized on Thursday, June 6,2024. The IPO will be listed on BSE on June 10.
3C IT IPO: Allotment for 3C It IPO is expected to be finalized on Monday, June 10, 2024. The SME IPO will be listed on BSE SME with a tentative listing date of Wednesday. June 12.
Satrix IPO: Allotment for Satrix IPO is expected to be finalized on Monday, June 10, 2024. The SME IPO will be listed on BSE SME with a tentative listing date of Wednesday. June 12.
