Vijay Devarakonda said that he played the role of Arjuna in Kalki 2898 AD for hero Prabhas and director Nag Ashwin. He attended a private event today and spoke to the media. “A very epic film. I saw it yesterday. It felt very emotional. Our Telugu cinema… we have taken our Indian cinema somewhere. I did that role about Nagi (Nag Ashwin) and Prabhas’s brother. It is very happy and satisfying to come like that at the end of a film like this.” Says Vijay Devarakonda.
It’s Prabhas… not me
Vijay Devarakonda gave an amazing answer to the question that he played the role of defeating Prabhas in the movie Kalki 2898 AD. He said that Prabhas is not himself but Karna and Arjuna. “According to me it’s Prabhas, not me… Karna… Arjuna. Nagi is playing a role in the universe. We are all human. They are my favorite. Prabhas, Nagi, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika are my favorites,” said Vijay Devarakonda. He said that his career started with Vyjayanthi movies, and he was happy to do a small role in such a movie.
Vijay Devarakonda said that he will do Nag Ashwin in every movie. Vijay, who starred in Nag Ashwin’s Evade Subramaniam and Mahanati, is now seen in Kalki 2898 AD.
