Kalki 2898 AD movie starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan is dusting the box office from the first day. This movie collected Rs. 191.5 crore worldwide on the first day. As the weekdays start from the fifth day, though the collections have decreased a bit, records are still being created.
The film collected Rs.725 crores in seven days. It is remarkable that these are more than the lifetime collections of films like Salaar and Baahubali. The budget of this film, produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, is Rs. 600 crores, but it crossed that mark within six days. “The dream run continues. They also released another press note that this movie collected Rs.725 crores in seven days. If we look at this calculation, it seems that Prabhas’ movie will reach the mark of Rs.1000 crores.

Director Nag Ashwin showered praises on Prabhas after watching Kalki 2898 AD movie Vasulla Parvam. He shared a picture of himself sitting alone on his X account… “There is no doubt that a man sitting like that is the biggest box office star of this era. He is the one who made us believe that we can do what we have done. He gave me the freedom to do what I wanted to do. He also gave me a lot of wise advice. Everyone’s darling… Ma Bhairava..
