Sarfira Box Office Collection Day 4
It has been 4 days since the release of ‘Sarfira’, the official remake of Surya’s film. There were a lot of expectations from this film of Akshay Kumar, because the collection of many of Akshay’s previous films was not good.
Kamal Haasan’s ‘Indian 2’ has also been released along with the film and ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ is already running in theatres. In such a situation, the opening collection of this Akshay film was very disappointing. Although the film picked up pace during the weekend, but as the weekend ended, the film is again seen falling flat on its face.
While the film opened its account with only Rs 2.5 crore on the first day, a slight increase was seen in the film’s earnings on the second and third day. The film made its presence felt by earning Rs 4.25 crore on the second day and Rs 5.25 crore on the third day, but as soon as Monday came, the graph is again seeing a decline.

According to the data available on Sacnilk, the film has earned Rs 78 lakhs till 7 pm. The total earnings of the film have reached 12.78 crores. However, these figures related to earnings are preliminary. The film’s earnings may increase till the final figures are released.

Will ‘Sarfira’ be able to recover the budget?
According to India TV’s report, the budget of the film is around 100 crores. In such a situation, only if the film earns well in the weekdays, it will be able to reach close to the budget. Films like Kill, Munjya, Kalki and Indian 2 are already running in theatres. In such a situation, the competition has increased even more.
However, the film has received good reviews and along with that Akshay Kumar’s performance is being described as his best performance. So, it is possible that Akshay’s film may get the benefit of word of mouth.
