Kalki 2898 AD movie is currently one of the top trending on social media as an epic blockbuster. Entering into the third week after its release, it is still continuing to collect at the box office. It has also created history as the seventh Indian film to have grossed Rs.1000 crores. Like all movies, the makers decided not to bring this movie to OTT so soon.
It is clear that this Prabhas and Nag Ashwin movie will enter OTT after ten weeks from the release date. This means that this film will have its digital premiere in the first or second week of September. Generally, in recent times, no matter how big a movie is, it is coming to OTT within four to six weeks. But in the case of Kalki, it was decided that there should be a gap of ten weeks. The film is expected to release on the occasion of Vinayaka Chavithi.

And Kalki 2898 AD will come in two OTT platforms. While the Hindi version will be available on Netflix, the other language versions will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
Kalki 2898 AD Rs.1000 Crore Celebrations
It is known that recently the makers of Kalki 2898 AD movie have collected Rs.1000 crores worldwide. On this occasion, people like Prabhas and Kamal Haasan, who acted in the movie, released special videos and thanked the fans. Recently on Tuesday (July 16), Kamal Haasan, who played the role of Yaskin in this movie, released a three-minute video.
He revealed that he is very happy to act in the movie Kalkilanti, and though he appeared for a short time in the first part, his role in the second part will be longer. In the same video, Kalki also added a clip related to the shooting of 2898 AD. This video was posted by Vyjayanthi Movies on its social media X account.
And when it comes to the collection of this movie, it has already surpassed Animal movie in domestic collection. Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawaan movie is another Rs. 56 crores away. It is remarkable that it has collected Rs.584 crores across the country in 19 days. If overseas is also included, it exceeds Rs.1000 crores. Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan and Jawaan will surpass the gross collections as well.
