Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s latest movie is Mr. Bachchan. Directed by Harish Shankar, Bhagyashree Bhorse acted as the heroine in this full-length commercial action entertainer.
Tillu fame Siddhu Jonnalagadda shines in a pivotal role. Mr. Bachchan came to the audience as an Independence Day gift on August 15 amid huge expectations from his fans. But this movie failed to meet those expectations. There was mixed talk from the first show. Even after that Mr. Bachchan could not make much impact at the box office as the same continued. But Ravi Teja’s energetic performance, Bhagyashree’s beauty, songs and action sequences helped Mr. Bachchan.

They also brought modest collections. It is reported that Mr. Bachchan, who got a mixed response in the theatres, is soon coming to OTT. The leading OTT company Netflix has acquired the digital streaming rights. A deal was made regarding it before its release. Keeping in mind the Ravi Teja craze and Harish Shankar’s track record, it is reported that Netflix has bought the digital streaming rights of Mr. Bachchan’s movie in southern languages for around twenty-five crores.
In this background, it is reported that Mr. Bachchan, who has not made much impact in the theaters, is being brought into OTT as soon as possible. If everything goes according to plan, efforts are being made to bring Ravi Teja into OTT from September 12. An official announcement regarding this will be made in the first week of September. Mr Bachchan is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibotla under People’s Media Factory banner. Mickey J Meyer composed the vocals. Jagapathi Babu acted as the villain. Also, comedian Satya, Praveen, Jhunsi, Sachin Khedkar, Chammak Chandra and others shined in key roles.
