Now it has created a record as the highest grossing rerelease film in India. The name of the movie we are talking about is Tumbbad . It got a rare record within 11 days of its re-release.

Tumbbad  is a horror movie. Released for the first time in 2018, it collected Rs. 12 crores. But it remained a flop movie with less than the budget. The same movie was re-released on September 13. But surprisingly this time Tumbad is taking off. After surpassing the collections of its first release in the first week, it has now created a record as the highest-grossing re-release movie.

This record was held by Dalapathy Vijay’s movie Gilly with Rs.32 crores all these years. However, Thumbad collected Rs.33 crore nett in 11 days. In the second week, the collections of this movie increased more. This horror movie has achieved this rare record at the end of the second weekend.

Soham Shah starrer Tumbbad movie is expected to collect up to Rs.45 crores in its rerelease. Directed by Rahi Anil Barve, this horror movie collected only Rs. 12 crores in 2018. It has already collected about three times that. In the background of the news that the sequel of Tumbbad movie is also coming, this movie is making the success makers happy.

And after these two movies, Titanic collected Rs.18 crores, Showlay 3D version Rs.13 crores, Laila Majnu Rs.11.5 crores, Rockstar Rs.11.5 crores and Avatar Rs.10 crores.

When it comes to Telugu movies, Murari’s movie collected the highest amount of Rs.8.9 crores. After that, Gabbar Singh collected Rs.8.01 crores, Khushi Rs.7.46 crores, Businessman Rs.5.85 crores, Simhadri Rs.4.6 crores and Indra Rs.3.38 crores.
