NTPC Sail Power Company Limited (NSPCL) has released job notification for Diploma Trainee and Lab Assistant Trainee posts. There are total 30 vacancies out of which 24 are for Diploma Trainee posts and 6 are for Lab Assistant Trainee posts.

NSPCL Monthly Salary:
NSPCL will pay the selected candidates Rs. 24,000/- per month will be paid. After training, they join W7 grade (24000-3%) pay scale. Candidates selected as Diploma Trainee/Lab Assistant Trainee will have to serve the company for a minimum period of Rs. 1,00,000/- (General, EWS, OBC) and Rs. 50,000/- (SC/ST/PwBD) Service Bond Agreement should be executed. 3 years after completion of training.

Educational Qualification:
Diploma/B.Sc with minimum 60% marks in discipline like Engineering/Chemistry. Should have completed.
Must be qualified from a recognized University/Institute.
Selection Process:
Candidates will have to take part in an online test which consists of an aptitude test of 50 questions and a technical knowledge test of 70 questions.
Wrong answers will carry negative marking. 40% marks for General/EWS candidates and 30% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
