Asfiya’s father gave a loan of Rs 3.60 lakh to a woman. When she did not return the money, he abused her. The police found that the woman killed Asfiya along with her mother out of anger. Three days ago, Asfiya was returning from tuition…the woman took her to her mother’s house. The girl was given food there… and then both of them strangled the girl to death. Later, the girl’s dead body was dumped in the summer storage tank. The police registered a case on the complaint of the girl’s father that the whereabouts of the girl was missing…they solved the case within three days.

Police have solved the murder case of a six-year-old girl in Punganur. Home Minister Anita Vangalapudi made a statement to this effect.
