US Bridge Collapse Death: Six dead in US bridge accident, all Indians safe

US Bridge Collapse Death:

Six people were missing in the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in America. Officials estimate that all of them are dead.

The bridge collapsed into the water due to the collision of a huge ship. Rescue operation is already going on. However, the presence of all Indian crew in this ship was a cause for concern. Immediately after hitting the bridge, the current supply to the ship stopped. Although 22 people escaped safely…six repairmen on the bridge were lost. While they were doing repairs on the bridge, the ship came and hit them. This incident which took place in the middle of the night made everyone nervous. Currently, the search operation is going on. They are looking everywhere for the missing six. But it is decided that none of them will be seen alive.

“We are searching all over for the six missing people. We are trying all possible ways. But our concern is how the missing people can survive this water temperature. According to our estimate, we do not believe that they will be found alive.”

The Indian Embassy in America is investigating the accident. A special helpline number has been allocated to talk to Indian victims. Expressed regret over this accident. It revealed that any Indian can call the helpline number and get help.

How did the accident happen?

As the ship was sailing in the middle of the night, the propulsion system stopped working. As a result, the ship went out of control. Unable to change direction, it went straight and hit the bridge hard. Anticipating a collision, the crew alerted with a Mayday signal. President Biden thanked the Indian personnel who alerted earlier. Finally, the crew threw anchors into the water to stop the ship. As soon as the staff was alerted, the traffic on the bridge was stopped. Had the same not happened, the loss of life would have been huge. Already 20 people fell into the river along with some vehicles. Videos of this accident are going viral on social media.
