On the occasion of Ugadi, the L&T Metro officials have announced that the three offers will be available to the metro train passengers from today. The Super Saver Metro Holiday Card, Metro Student Pass and Super Off-Peak Hour offers brought for the metro passengers will be available to the passengers for 6 months from today.
Hyderabad Metro Rail MD NVS Reddy said that L&T Metro will introduce a brand-new customer loyalty program for Hyderabad metro passengers. These will provide a lot of convenience to the metro passengers. On the other hand. L&T Metro MD and CEO KVB Reddy said that Metro passengers will benefit a lot from the newly launched customer loyalty program. In total, the validity of the ‘Super Saver Holiday Card’ has been extended for another six months. Besides, the validity of ‘Student Passes’ has been extended for another six months. HMRL has announced a 10 per cent discount on off-peak travel through its ‘Super Off-Peak Offer’ offer. Meanwhile, HMRL had suspended the benefits of all these cards on March 31. However, they announced the extension of these special travel discounts as an Ugadi gift due to requests from Metro users.
