Rapper Chandan Shetty and Nivedita Gowda have filed for divorce in the family court of Bangalore due to a rift in their marriage. Both of them came together in the same car, filed the application and left happily.
This couple is going for divorce because of the child issue. Niveditha said during family court mediation that she does not want a child now.
He filed an application in the family court on June 6. They filed for divorce on mutual consent. In the end, the couple did not agree to a mediator. Niveditha said that she does not want alimonv even if she gets a divorce. It is said that Niveditha is likely to go abroad after getting a divorce.
Chandan and Niveditha’s divorce petition (case number-Mc 3388-/2024) was brought forward by the court. The case came before the bench of family court judge KS Jyoti Sri. Before hearing the application, the mediation process had to be done as a legal process. They advise not to divorce in the mediation center. They advise each other to be united. If the two do not agree, they will appear before the judge. The judge will then ask about the decision. Later they agree to divorce.
